Reservation : The reservation of a vehicle at Noraloc is directly made by contacting the agency or online.

Period : The contract determines the period of the renting except extension. In the absence of restitution, at the agreed date of paiement, the lessor reserves the right to bring the vehicle where it is, at the expense of tenant.

Profile and driver age : The Driver must be over 21 years and must hold a valid driving license for at least 2 years.
The person named in the agreement is the only one who can take the wheel.

Delivery / Bringing : The delivery or the vehicles recuperation could be in a location of your choice. A credit card imprint is required upon delivery.
It is absolutely forbidden to use the vehicles on unpaved runways.

Long term renting : On request. Daily tariffs are calculated on the basis of 24 hours and on the basis of 7 consecutive days in case of weekly tariffs. Tariffs become more favorable in case of a renting of more than a month.

Payment : The payment can be made by Swift transfer, by credit card. Tariffs are in Euros and they include all the mileage and maintains, the delivery and the vehicle recuperation. In case of cancellation, deposit shall be paid to Noraloc agency.

Insurance :The vehicles are insured for all risks. An official report is required in case of accident. However, for any other damage like the vehicle theft, glass breakage, burning, Liability and transported people, the driver will be charged with an exemption when he has a full or partial responsability in the incident.

Renting with driver : A supplement of 15 € per day.
